One of the things a visitor usually notices first on a ranch tour is the healthy condition and friendliness of our horses so don’t be surprised when they stroll right up to paddock boundaries to say hi. Used to being loved and petted, our horses are always ready to oblige a willing hand by offering a handy neck to scratch!

Another thing you’ll notice is that AHEC welcomes both English and Western disciplines, so whether you’re a seasoned competitor, just love riding trail, or simply want to enjoy some time with your horse around other horse lovers, you’ll fit in fine and make friends quickly. On the other hand, if you’d prefer alone time with just your four-legged friend to unwind from life’s stresses, you’ll find plenty of opportunity for that, too.
